The luxury newly built Villa Frederica stands out perfectly very close to the golden sandy beaches of Super Paradise, Agrari and the cosmopolitan beach club-restaurant Jackie’ O.
Being nicely hidden on a quiet flat hill, it is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the Airport, the Port, and the Town of Mykonos (Chora), making it a very rare and exclusive island retreat.The inspired architectural design and decoration, with the high quality of materials used for its construction, have been designated to respect the Cycladic style and tradition, and will pleasantly impress the guests.
Villa Frederica consists of 300 sq m along with 500 sq. m of outdoor living areas all part of a huge piece of land (4050 sq m). Facing south, it offers a unique view of the deep blue Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Paros and Naxos.
The two guest houses have their own independent entrance, kitchen facilities and a spacious living area with a sofa single bed each, where a third person can be accommodated.
The dining area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living rooms on the ground floor of the main villa, with the elegant furniture made by well-known designers, as well as the steam bath, the central air-conditioning system, and other luxurious comforts offer an exclusive holiday experience. The fireplace and the central heating make the villa a cozy accommodation for winter holidays too.
